Party in the O, Lilian Chan

The first impression are peacefulness and quietness. On second thoughts however, perhaps the fishes are having a party deep in the ocean… I have used a major 7 chord to suggest the depth of the ocean across the whole piece as it reminds me of a deep blue color and has a mysterious feeling.I started the arpeggios from the lowest wire string to imply the depth of the ocean. The low bass notes represent the lonely existence of the big fish, whereas the melody represents the playful small fishes. There is a notable shift as the party begins and another when things become peaceful and calm again.
